Dallas Cowboys Practice

First of all I want to start this post off by saying to all my loyal Packer buddies, I AM NOT A DALLAS COWBOYS FAN. Still a Green Bay fan. But putting that aside, Brandon, Jonathan, Brian Howell and I had a great time together watching Dallas practice at the Alamo Dome. It was awesome to see a pro team practice. Man those guys are good. We all tried our hand at throwing these cheap soaked down footballs into nets, that was quite embarrassing at first but we started to get the hang of it after awhile. Thank goodness it was free! I would have spent to much money trying to figure the technique out. Jonathan and I got to put our names on the leader board.....but they got knocked off later in the afternoon :) While we were there a lady told us that the first 90 people in line that afternoon got a pass to sit on "The best seats in the house" front row. that was really neat. Brandon and Jonathan got autographs from one of the line-backers. Needless to say we had a wonderful time. Thanks Brian for making the afternoon so special.

You Are a Rottweiler Puppy

Here are some pictures from the football game. Thanks to Mr. Craft for the pictures.

This Past Month

This past month has been full of many activities. The beginning of April found most of us performing with a group of homeschool families called, "Jubilate Deo" Choral, and Orchestra Ensembles.

Then Jonathan and I headed over to Arrow S. Ranch, for just over a week of working cattle and calves. We do most of the work on horseback gathering the cows and calves and driving them to pens. We then rope the calves to do all the necessary things. I hope to get some pictures from Mrs. Roberts soon. Thank you Mr. Roberts for having Jonny and me over to help once again. We had a great time.

While we were gone one of our female dogs had puppies again. One of two litters born this month. I guess I have a lot of advertising to do to sell 16 puppies at one time. Anybody want a puppy? :)

Yesterday we played a flag football game that Brandon and Zack Clark set up. It was a great game, full of a lot of athletic players (which also brought some injuries). Thankfully I think everyone is going to be alright. You could pray for Brandon, he hurt his foot really bad, we don't know for sure what it is right now, and football camp is in just 3 weeks. I hope to post some pictures of the game soon.

Football

I haven't blogged for a long time, so I figured I would post about something that was a huge thing to me for the year 2006. FOOTBALL. Brandon, Jonathan and I had the opportunity to play for the FEAST Patriots. (Family Educators Alliance of South Texas.)Jonathan and I played on the same team. My position on offense was, starting running back, and on defense, starting cornerback. Jonathan also played, running back, and cornerback. It was a great experience. Currently we are getting ready for the next season running, lifting weights, etc. Can't wait 'till spring camp in May.
Our numbers our, #2 & #22.
